Non-Rechargeable Chemistry: Uses high-density Lithium-Manganese dioxide (Li-MnO2) batteries (similar to military grade). They have extremely low self-discharge rates compared to standard rechargeable batteries.

1 Report Per Day: In this default mode, the device will last up to 3 Years (1000+ days). It sends one location ping every 24 hours and then deep sleeps.

Wake Up & Track: You can send a command to switch the device from 'Power Saving Mode' to 'Real-Time Mode' when it wakes up for its daily report.

Continuous Tracking: Once switched, the device will track continuously to help police recover the asset. Note: This mode consumes battery quickly and will shorten the overall lifespan.Strong Magnetic Mount: Snap it onto any metal surface (chassis, beam, behind the bumper) in seconds.
Tamper Alarm (Light Sensor): A light sensor on the back detects if the device is removed. If it sees light, it sends an immediate alarm.
Wireless: No wires to trace. Thieves won't know it's there.

1. Do Not Charge

This device uses a specialized disposable battery pack. There is NO charging port. When the battery is finally depleted (after ~3 years), you must replace the battery pack or the device.

2. Mode Selection

Default (Recommended): 1 report per 24 hours. Max life.
Emergency: Only switch to 'Continuous Tracking' if the asset is stolen. Remember to switch back if recovered, or the battery will drain in a few days.

3. Installation

Metal Surface: Ensure the magnets have a flat contact area.
Cover the Sensor: The light sensor on the back must be covered (in darkness) to prevent false tamper alarms.
